Dear President Xi Jinping，

Please allow me to draw your attention once again to such issues as the creation of a maternal civilization, the UN Ethics Summit,
the coping the Fukushima nuclear accident, the retreat from the Tokyo Olympic Games.

The deeply-rooted cause of the racial and religious conflicts, political corruption, pitiless destruction of natural resources is the lack of ethics. The current paternal civilization pursues the current material civilization, giving rise to excessive competition. In order to save the earth and humanity, it is vitally important to hold a UN Ethics Summit and create globally a maternal civilization of harmony. It is the only possible solution.

Humanity has paid too high prices for the material civilization, as is evidenced by the Fukushima nuclear accident. Humanity still cannot control nuclear reaction and the destiny of mankind is dependent on the existence of nuclear reactors. The vision of President Obama “the World without Nuclear Weapons” responds to the requirement of the age. In order to assure peace and safety to human society, however, there is no other alternative than to attain true denuclearization, both military and civilian, putting an end to the existence of nuclear reactors. 

There exist in the world more than 440 nuclear reactors. The International Atomic Energy Agency should learn the lessons of the Fukushima accident and establish a new adequate system of control over nuclear reactors. Furthermore, it should require the Japanese Government to make maximum efforts to cope with the accident, globally mobilizing human wisdom. At the same time, the reform of the IAEA must be accomplished.

The situation in Fukushima worsens day by day and remains yet to be brought under control. Under such circumstances, it is totally immoral and irresponsible for the Japanese Government to export nuclear technology to other countries. It is condemnable.
Moreover, the level of radioactive contamination in Tokyo is quite high in certain quarters. To cite an example, 2.0 microsieverts was measured on January 6, 2016 at a spot. It is frightening.

Under such circumstances, it is irresponsible and immoral to hold the Tokyo Olympic Games 2020.The decision for a retreat from the Tokyo Olympic Games is urgently needed.

As long as nuclear reactors exist, nuclear dictatorship persists. It fully controls the Japanese media, making it impossible to report  the situation as it really is. The Japanese people are thus unable to know the truth about the Fukushima accident. Unless this situation is remedied, this dictatorship, like all other dictatorships, will end up in corruption without fail.
