Tokyo, April 23, 2016
Dear Ambassador Caroline Kennedy,

I have rejoiced at the news report that President Obama is considering a visit to Hiroshima on the occasion of the Ise-Shima Summit Meeting in May. If realized, it will@certainly be an outstanding historic event. We owe it to his attachment to humanism and maternal culture and, nonetheless, to your vital contribution. The term of your mission in Japan is so providential.

The world is in need of the further involvement of President Obama to attain true denuclearization, both civilian and military. There are two prerequisites to this goal; the establishment of global ethics and the shift of current paternal civilization to a maternal one. As I have indicated on a number of occasions, the holding of a UN Ethics Summit is the beginning of this process. I continue to pin my hopes on the initiative of President Obama with regard to this UN Summit.

It is increasingly undeniable that the true cause of the crisis we face globally is a lack of ethics and morals. The international support for the UN Ethics Summit is remarkably increasing.

I dare to ask you to convey to President Obama my plea for the above-mentioned initiative.

I am convinced that the world needs the heightened vision of President Obamafs gWorld Without Nuclear Weapons and Nuclear Reactorsh.
Your stay in Japan coincides with the dawning of a new age.

With highest and warmest regards,

Mitsuhei Murata
