Dear President Jimmy Carter,


I wish you a very Happy New Year !
I hope all goes well for you.
 
I have the pleasure of informing you of an important progress with regard to the International Day　for  Global Ethics.
I hope it will contribute to promote the UN Ethics Summit.
 
The European Federation of Unesco Clubs(EFUCA),accepting the Italian initiative, in the Conference held in Bucharest last November,decided to meet on March 11 in Florence this year and declare the intention of the World Federation of Unesco Clubs(WFUCA) to call upon the International Community to proclaim March 11 as the International Day for Global Ethics.

I hope this will interest President Obama from whom the International Community awaits a new initiative toward his vision. The UN Ethics Summit, if realized, will open the way for creating maternal civilization which is a prerequisite for true denuclearization.

It is totally in line with the historic role of Japan assigned by the Fukushima  nuclear  tragedy. Please allow me to send you the text of my video massage to the Congressional Briefing that took place in Washington on 20 September. It is now widely disseminated by You Tube.
