Dr. Thomas Bach
President of the International Olympic Committee
Tokyo, August 24, 2015
Dear President Thomas Bach,
I am informing you of my message addressed to Prime Minister Abe.
In my message, I state that the restart of the Sendai reactor, totally
ignoring the possibility of a caldera eruption in spite of the warnings
of Sakurajima, makes one question the governability of Japan, both
abroad and in Japan.
I point out that the attempt to hide Fukushima has reached the
limitations, referring to the the Godzilla El Nino, driving radiation
toward the Americas.
I ask for the first concrete international cooperation concerning the
methodof cooling spent fuel rods making use of zinc instead of water.
I remind Prime Minister Abe that the decision to retreat from the Tokyo
Olympic Games and carry out an international verification of the
suspected re-criticality is urgently needed.
The emblem of 2020 Olympics suspected as a plagiarism is now rejected
by the public, irrespective of the legal outcome. The IOC isrequested
to ascertain the safety by sending to Japan an International team of
independent scientists.
My interview article was published in the magazine "Monthly
Japan"(September). The article entitled "An honorable retreat from the
Tokyo Olympic Games" is given a central place. Reactions are noteworthy.
Please allow me to count on your understanding and support.
With highest regards,
Mitsuhei Murata
