Please excuse me for taking the liberty of sending you this message.
I am former Japanese Ambassador to Switzerland, engaged in bridging civil society and decision makers from a purely humanitarian position after retirement in 1999.
I am convinced that we share the view that the cancellation of the Tokyo Olympic is inevitable. International civil society is impatiently waiting for the final decision. The current state of suspension has become decisively unbearable to all concerned.
