your warning is so important. I just looked at a Youtube film
Fukushima and Tokyo Olympics 2020 (Invisible Terrorism) YouTube.

Whereas researchers warn, the boss of the Japanese Olympic Committee sees in
the Olympic Games 2020 an opportunity to show the world how successfully
Japan dealt with the Fukushima catastrophe. This misconception and denial
are very difficult to be overcome.

There is one man in the film who collected samples in Tokyo. It was shown
they were so radioactive that they were seen as radioactive waste in the
USA. Another man in the film testified about the big increase of heart
disease because of the radioactive contamination.

In order to overcome the denial it may be necessary to form a coalition of
influential decision makers - researchers, politicians, media
representatives, artists etc. in order to address this madness of the
Olympic games 2020. You may know such people, and you may be able to
assemble them in order to catalyze the public debate in Japan. Such a debate
would also attract international public attention.
