I am proposing that the world’s first United Nations Summit on Refugees and
Migrants taking place in New York on 19 September
could be combined with an eventual UN Ethics Summit I have long been pleading for.
I am convinced that the true cause of the global crisis is a lack of ethics
prevailing universally.
