Dear President Jimmy Carter,

I am sending you my new message to Ambassador Kennedy together with my pleafor President Obama's new initiative in favor of a UN Ethics Summit. I have pointed out that President Obama will understand the dangerous implications of the Tokyo Olympic 2020.

Reactions are increasing.
I am attaching the latest ones.
I am interested in General Stubblebine's pertinent idea of calling a United Nations Ethics Summit to marshal a world-wide effort to  deal with the Fukushima disaster and the continuing threat of nuclear proliferation.

With highest and warmest regards,
Mitsuhei Murata

Dear Mitsuei,
Thank you for sharing with me your message to Ambassador Caroline Kennedy as also other reactions you have received.
It is very brave of you to carry on your campaign in the teeth of official opposition from the Japanese authorities.
With all good wishes for the New Year,
Mani

Once more congratulations to Your efforts for a UN Ethical Summit. I do hope, that US Pres Obama in his last year in office might pick up Your idea and instruct his UN Reps to appeal with the president of the UN GA to plan for such a summit. I also hope that Your efforts to cancel to 2020 Olympics will succeed.
Best regards Andi Nidecker

Dear Murata-san,
I have discussed your letter to Ambassador Kennedy and your plea for a UN Ethics Summit to be part of President Obama's efforts to curb nuclear weapons. With recent developments in North Korea this becomes ever more urgent.
General Stubblebine has asked me to forward to you his comments, to add to those you are receiving from others.

"As president of the Natural Solutions Foundation, an independent, international NGO, I join with my co-trustees, Rima E. Laibow, MD and Ralph Fucetola, JD to express our support for the heroic efforts of Ambassador Murata to achieve both an honorable retreat from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, due to the continuing threat from the uncontrolled circumstances at the Fukushima nuclear reactors, and the calling of a United Nations Ethics Summit to marshal a world-wide effort to deal with the Fukushima disaster and the continuing threat of nuclear proliferation. As we approach the fifth anniversary of the Fukushima tragedy, the world must pay attention and, finally, act together."
